Savannah did such a great job on my son's hair! I will return specifically for her. They didn't have any openings when we arrived, but they still managed to squeeze us in before their appointments arrived. This will definitely be where I continue to bring my boys for their cuts.

Ray's Barber Shop on Utica Ridge has been a lifesaver for my family, and it's all thanks to Carlie! I book appointments with her for both of my boys and my husband, and every single time, she delivers excellent service with patience, efficiency, and a genuine understanding of each individual's needs. Carlie works wonders with my toddler, who can be a handful. She’s quick and efficient without ever making us feel rushed, and she keeps him calm and entertained with thoughtful touches like a sucker, a booster seat, and Bluey (or Spiderman!) ready to go. She’s also incredible with my 14-year-old—somehow, she always understands exactly what he wants, even when he speaks to her in "teenage boy language." She truly has a gift for connecting with her clients. Our first visit to Carlie was after a string of bad haircuts at another shop (think: toddler channeling Dumb & Dumber). I called Ray's and asked for someone great with small children, and the person on the phone recommended Carlie. That recommendation changed everything! I showed her a picture of the look I didn’t want for my toddler, and she’s "understood the assignment" perfectly ever since. We’ve never gone to anyone else. If you're looking for a barber who's attentive, talented, and excellent with kids, I can't recommend Carlie enough. She's made haircuts a stress-free and even enjoyable experience for our family. Called in an hour before close; they got me in under 10 mins. Told them exactly what I wanted, no extra talking, no extra questions. Walked out with exactly what I wanted. Definitely will be going back .

This was the first time I walked into a barber shop since the early 1990’s. The interior of the place was nostalgia of the places I used to get my hair cut. There was a full house at 9AM which tells me a lot of folks of all ages like the place. Staff was very friendly and I was receive at my appointment time. My barber has a great personality. I felt comfortable talking with her from the beginning. The haircut took about 20 minutes and I was satisfied with the cut. Made my next appointment with Savanna left feeling really glad I came here!
